From Campus to Corporate: A Full-Circle Moment

Corporate Masterclass — Campus to Corporate
A few years ago, I was sitting on the other side of the room — listening to industry professionals, taking notes, preparing for placements, and trying to understand what my own career journey might look like.
This time, I was on the other side.
Holding the microphone instead of a notebook. Sharing experiences instead of taking notes. Answering questions instead of raising my hand. And, most importantly, helping students prepare for the very opportunities I once prepared for myself.
I was invited to conduct a Corporate Masterclass for MBA students, focused on navigating the transition from campus to the corporate world. The session covered the importance of building a strong professional identity, creating resumes that communicate value, and understanding what recruiters actually look for when evaluating candidates.

🎓 A Message to Students
Your first resume may not be perfect. Your first GD may not go exactly as planned. Your first interview may make you nervous. And that's okay. You don't need to have your entire career figured out at the beginning. What matters is that you keep asking questions, keep learning, keep experimenting, and keep showing up.
